21K and 42K Medical Clearance Requirement

The Fit-to-Run Medical Certificate is uploaded after registration, because it must be issued within 60 days before race day.

Minor Participant Requirement

Because this runner is below 18 on race day, parental consent will be required.

Download the parental consent form, print it, have it signed by the parent or guardian, then upload the signed copy below.
