Continuous Inventory & Supplier Receipts
Every locked supplier batch increases cumulative demand. Record each dated pickup against the combined order total, regardless of which cutoff the supplier produced first.
Inventory is never manually deducted. Apparel is allocated when the package reaches Apparel Sorting Completed. Later QC or shipment steps do not deduct the same item again.
